You've been Framed - again!
Whilst looking back through my 'cards still to be blogged' photos I came across this one and, as Sale-a-Bration is coming to a close on Friday I thought I'd better blog it soon. It wasn't until I started writing my blog post that I realised this is yet another one that would fit into the LIM challenge of Frame It! The card was actually made a couple of weeks ago but I obviously had a premonition :0)
I embossed a piece of Naturals White cardstock with one of the folders from Designer Frames then made three score lines down the left hand side and fixed a piece of Early Espresso Taffeta ribbon around and tied in a knot. A sentiment from Petite Pairs was stamped in Elegant Eggplant before fixing the panel with dimensionals to a Naturals White card blank. For the centre of the frame I embossed a scrap piece of Naturals White with the same folder and cut out the rectangle piece in the middle. I stamped onto this using the bird from Bloomin' Marvelous and the leaves and flowers from Summer Silhouettes. This section was then glued into place on the frame. Normally I would mask the section that I wanted to stamp but, because this is an embossed frame and also because it's so easy to cut out the rectangle, I went for this method.
No more frames I promise - well for this week anyway!!!

This is brilliant, as you may know, this frame is my new go-to tool for cards and I am fascinated to see how many different ways you can use it, this is a fab example Margaret. x
