This is made using the new Framelits dies, available in the Summer Mini. I began by cutting the middle using a design from the Nursery Nest DSP and a frame made from Pacific Point cardstock. These were layered onto a white card blank with the sentiment stamped in Pacific Point underneath. My little bird is punched with the Bird Builder punch using Crumb Cake and the leaves in River Rock. I used an Early Espresso marker to colour in his eye, beak and feet and a Pacific Point marker to add some dots to the frame.
I hope you had a good extended Jubilee weekend, my celebrations took the form of watching it on the telly and, with the awful weather we've had, I think maybe I chose the best option! Thankfully it didn't seem to dampen the spirits of the hundreds of thousands who ventured up to London, they all looked like they were having a great time. I was amazed at the stamina of the Queen though, particularly yesterday - I bet she slept well last night!
A Lovely card I do like the shape of those framelits really nice papers to, Aud x
