Thanks for Simples Sunday & Less is More!

I have made two cards today to combine 'Simples Sunday' and Less is More where the challenge is a One Layer Thank You card. Both cards are simple but the one on the right is even more simple than the other!

The first card uses a card blank made with Naturals White cardstock which was masked with a post-it note before stamping the flowers and leaves from Stippled Blossoms in Primrose Petals, Raspberry Ripple and Old Olive. I then drew three lines across where the mask had been with a Raspberry Ripple marker and stamped the sentiment, from Four You, also in Raspberry Ripple. The only thing that makes this card slightly more difficult than the other is because Stippled Blossoms is a two-step stamp set so you need to use a stamp-a-ma-jig to get the positioning right.
The second card is made with three stamps from Oh Hello. The chevron oval was stamped in Wisteria Wonder with the sentiment stamped on top using Elegant Eggplant. I then coloured the flower stamp with Elegant Eggplant and Pear Pizzazz markers before stamping to overlap the chevron oval.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend
